The United States Institute of Amateur Athletics (USIAA), is a 501 © 3 tax exempt youth development non-profit corporation, incorporated in 1985. Our Mission Statement and primary purpose is noted on our home page.

In order to keep our doors open the USIAA uses several different financial options. One option is our membership fees and our monthly dues charged to members for our services. The USIAA has an excellent staff and volunteer staff members who have expertise in several different athletic and educational fields. All staff members have served as collegiate or professional athletes or are certified members of the national body for the sport they instruct. This insures that our athletes/members secure expert service at well below market cost.

Our Membership fee is $40.00 per year. Membership includes discount prices on all program services and Travel opportunities and most activities and special outings of the organization. First time members will receive a USIAA “T”- shirt designed with their specific sport on the back.

USIAA Parent Committee Meetings

It is vital to the USIAA that we secure parent support for our organization to function and to keep prices affordable for our members. The USIAA Parent Committee meets the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. The parent committee is responsible for planning and implementing fund drives that help support our organizations operating budget and special event projects.

Parents who attend our monthly parents meeting and are actively involved in our fund drives secure additional financial savings on monthly dues and service fees of the organization.

Parents seeking financial help for their athletes fees must join our Parent Committee and become an active member. Individuals who are 18 years of age and older can represent themselves at our parent meeting and must become active participants of our fund drives.

Inter-Racial Understanding Through Athletic Competition

Through athletic competition students and athletes of different ethnic groups learn inter-dependency regardless of ethnicity. This is one of the beauties of athletic competition. It is our team vs. your team it does not matter the color of ones skin only the on their ability to compete.

The USIAA is colorblind and individuals of all ethnic groups are welcome. Our strength is in our multi-cultural makeup!

USIAA Drug Testing Policy

Because the USIAA is a charter member of USA Boxing Inc. and as such must abide by the rules and regulations of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), as such the USIAA conducts random drug testing. This testing helps to allow our athletes to stay drug free and helps our athletes say no to drugs.

USIAA Spiritual Development And Worship Service
